- Secure & Ship: Place the cap firmly over the pump head to prevent any leaking in transit, and mail the item to our US operations center, operated by Saffa USA for Beauty Care LLC, in West Point, Mississippi. (Note: Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if your airless pump completely fails while still at least half full, please email us a photo or video within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and immediately issue a replacement or full refund.
